Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Ewale services via *714*22# and ewalepay.com. By initiating a transaction you confirm you are authorised to use the mobile money wallet or payment method linked to your session.

Services

Ewale facilitates digital payments for airtime, data, TV, utilities, education products, and related merchant services. We are an intermediary — final delivery of airtime, tokens, or bill credits is subject to third-party networks and billers.

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, meter, and phone numbers
  • Keep your Mobile Money PIN confidential
  • Verify transaction amounts before approving prompts
  • Report unauthorised use immediately via *714*22# → Support

Fees & refunds

Applicable service fees, if any, are shown before you confirm payment. Failed transactions are reversed per telco and processor rules. Successful utility or voucher purchases are generally non-refundable once credited to the destination account or meter.

Limitation of liability

Ewale is not liable for delays caused by telco outages, biller systems, or incorrect details entered by the user. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes should first be raised with our support team at walletewale@gmail.com or *714*22# → Support.
