Paid via *226# or another channel but no token? Follow this checklist before paying again.

  1. Wait 5–15 minutes — peak times delay SMS on *226#.
  2. Check SMS inbox and spam folder.
  3. Verify MoMo was actually debited (check MoMo statement).
  4. If debited but no token after 30 min, contact ECG on 0302-611611 with receipt.

Avoid Double Payment

Never pay twice unless the first transaction failed and MoMo was NOT debited. If *226# hung, switch to *714*22# for the retry — do not duplicate on the same stuck session.
